It’s that time of year when you may be thinking of renovating your home. Many renovations can improve the value of your property, however unusual or excessive renovations can often do the opposite. Even if you are not thinking of selling, it's a great idea to consult your Realtor® before you start a sigificant reno project. A Realtor® can offer advice on which renovations may provide the best value for your home.
There are a number of renovations that can offer good return on your investment. Updating or remodelling the kitchen or bathrooms is a great place to start.
